The opportunity: 

Uphold is looking for a Legal Admin to join our Legal team. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity where you’ll be responsible for managing contract workflows from intake to signing to renewal, organizing and cataloguing legal documents and other ad-hoc projects.  Reporting to the Head of Legal, the Legal Admin will play an integral role in ensuring the organization meets its financial and strategic objectives.  


What you’ll be doing primarily:

  • Managing the workflow and lifecycle of all contracts the company enters into.
  • Allocating and helping to prioritize tasks for the Legal team.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Legal department and other functional areas of the company, including Finance, IT/Security, Marketing and others.
  • Creating and maintaining organizational structure of electronic files.
  • Ensuring all legal records are filed appropriately, with key contractual data entered into a contract management system.   


Required qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree. 
  • Experience utilizing Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player.
  • Keen eye for detial and organizational skills.

  • Fluent written and oral English skills.


Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with capital markets, cryptocurrencies,  and blockchain technologies.
  • Experience with contract management systems.
