Job Description: 


As the Knowledge Architect Specialist for the Cross-Enterprise Program Management team, you will work closely with the Sr PgMr to build organizational best practices around information architecture, internal process and procedural documentation on best practices and standard operating procedures for knowledge management at scale. 


In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders on developing the knowledge templates, organizing information architecture and documentation guidelines for capturing playbooks for the implementation and governance of our Knowledge Management solution. 


You must be a change agent to help inspire and influence others to think differently, solve problems, seize opportunities and hold themselves and others accountable. Being able to recognize interconnectedness and dependencies in complex systems and advocate holistic viewpoints and solutions is critical to the success of this role. 


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively use Agile principles as a standard for approaching architectural solutions
  • Evangelize practices and approaches that grow a knowledge-sharing community within the organization
  • Promote and socialize a model for creating documentation that relies on subject-matter experts
  • Own and support the development of global information architecture, including taxonomy for documentation across the organization
  • Build relationships and drive strategic planning, collaboration, and communication with cross-functional teams and key Stakeholders
  • Architect solutions to meet artifact requirement guidelines while ensuring adherence to architecture standards of Knowledge Management solution. 
  • Monitor solution to ensure it meets both user needs and business goals
  • Develop the knowledge base metadata schema (specific information about the content)
  • Develop standards for content assembly and contribute to the development of the style guide for content delivery.
  • Contribute to creating an authoring environment that would leverage the standards and style guide for content

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working in or leading teams in product documentation, constructing information model, knowledge management
  • Strong proficiency in Confluence Cloud 
  • Experience using and/or configuring Atlassian applications
  • Understanding of Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Experience with using successful information architectural techniques
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
