Uphold is looking for a Customer Service Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Services team. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity where you’ll get to work in a very friendly environment and be part of a well-motivated, talented and growing team. Combining latest technologies, agile way of working and the continuous striving for the best solution.
You will be responsible for developing technical solutions and explore alternatives to improve the efficiency or our current structure of Customer Services. As part of the Customer Services team you will also be taking ownership of most complex support requests and finding solutions for the end user in the short term and proving internal feedback so we can improve our internal processes and tools as a permanent solution.
